Age
Must not be above 35 years as on 1-7-2011 age relaxation for 5 years for SC/ST/BC and 3 year for Ex-servicemen

FEE: All candidates irrespective of caste/Ex-serviceman have to
pay an APPLICATION FEE of Rs.200/- only.(Rupees two hundred only) if applying for
one post. If applying for both the posts ie Medical Officer(General) as well as Meical
Officer (Specialist) Rs.400/- is to be paid.
